Extremely impressed with Uniflo
We called up on Thursday, after our well known brand of macerator failed to work, despite being new. Adam at Uniflo talked us through the different models and really knew what he was talking about. (We had called some of the other big companies, and they didn’t really seem to care or know their own ranges that well.)
They arranged a very short-notice Saturday delivery for us (the courier was already there with them!), as it was Easter weekend and we needed it fairly urgently! (It arrived bang on time – so we were very pleased!)
And then when we had an after-sales question today, they were, once again, really knowledgeable and reassuring. Really great customer service, and so far, the product seems great too – quiet, simple to install, small in size. We highly recommend Uniflo. Uniflo Customer Feedback Reviews.
I have installed 2 uniflo 4 plus macerators
I have had installed 2 x Uniflo 4 plus macerators in my rented properties over the last 6 months, I must say the units are really good quality and very quiet. I had problems with my macerator
I had problems with my macerator that had been installed for 12 months so contacted Uniflo via the online contact form. Within less than an hour, the technical department responded with a solution. I had positive dialogue with the technician and followed his advice. It worked 100%. I am confident that any further problems would be sorted in this manner. Many firms would simply say “we can send an engineer to have a look at a cost of course “

Great advice great service
Just like to say a big shout out for the very nice lady who helped me with an on going inferior product I’ve had several check valve output failures on brand new macerators all with the same fault (basically inferior quality & design) Between us this morning with more help from you we selected a uniflow product that with a little adaption has finally put this issue to bed. Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service – I bought a semi commercial macerator and had a fault with it due to user error (wet wipe down the toilet). The customer service from Uniflo was really excellent. They sent me out the replacement part I needed free of charge even though I told them it was due to incorrect use and they were ever so helpful on the phone. Paula in their support team was great, she talked me through what I needed to do with the macerator and she was kind enough to find my warranty details when I was unable to produce them. She sent the spare part out that day with first class post as she knew I had holidaymakers coming soon.

If only every customer support team were like this
If only every customer support team were as good as these guys. After a plumber had let me down I decided to install the macerator myself. The whole Uniflo team were so helpful in guiding me through the installation and follow up. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they have the patience of many saints! Speak to them first for any of their wide range of sanitary products. Do not go anywhere else if you want good products at good prices and the tremendous back up which comes as normal. Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery. I ordered a macerator pump online at noon on the Monday it was at my door the next day at 10.15am can’t say better than that. Macerator not fitted yet but it looks the part with easy to follow instructions complete with a engineers number if we get stuck. Super service

Super product! Adam mega helpful at base, allowed us to fit toilets at rear of village hall conversion without need for 4 inch drains, now been in for 9 months working perfectly! Great option! Lots of people told me horror stories about using macerators but so far so good!

Just had a new a new basement shower
