Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery of your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns on items that have been already used or installed.
To be eligible for a return, you need to Email email@example.com for a returns code and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no hygiene seals broken or removed.
Any items that are part of a kit, the whole kit should be returned no refunds will be actioned on part items returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
If you placed your order via telephone please include a contact telephone number, as Uniflo Products Ltd do not keep Debit/Credit card details due to Data Protection. If you received a free gift or a discounted product due to the sale of your original item that you are returning, this item must also be returned, or full payment will be deducted from the return.
Returned products that arrive back damaged/broken are the responsibility of the sender. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, i.e. any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This is at the discretion of Uniflo Products Ltd and our decision is final. Ceramic items i.e.: Toilets /Combined Toilet Macerators are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty on delivery.
We do not accept returns on any form of Liquid/Aerosol items due to possibility of tampering. This does not affect your consumer rights. All postage costs are the responsibility of the sender and Uniflo Products do not arrange collection of any items to be returned to ourselves. If you paid extra for goods to be delivered on an express or a dedicated day delivery costs will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the delivery service was not given by the chosen courier.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please refer to our Terms & Conditions section under warranties.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Providing that the goods return in a 100% saleable condition and in their original intact packaging, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
